We originally went to another dealer who wasn’t explaining things when we asked very specific questions and had concerns on certain things, and when it came to pricing, they didn’t really want to work with us, instead they would give us numbers for cars we never mentioned or even seen, so after 45 mins of asking for our keys we left. Few days later, we went to Kia of Cherry Hill and the experience was way better from the start. We were greeted immediately, asked what we were looking for, paired us up with Miranda and it was golden from then on. Aside from being able to communicate with her like we’ve known her before we even stepped foot in there, her transparency is what stuck out to me the most. When asked what features another trim had (we were sorta considering) compared to the trim we were already interested in, she was very honest and did not try to hype the other car up just to get a sale. I love that it was not pushy and very salesy. It was moreso, how can we serve you to get you into the car you want. We were able to drive off that day and it was just in time for our family vacation that came up a few days later. My husband went there a week ago to discuss trading in our current vehicle and either lease a new one or purchase a preowned. We meet all the qualifications for the online advertised $399 a month Kia carnival. Well apparently with all the fine print and extras it’s nearly triple that- so ok, he explained it’s not in our price range then. He was very upfront about the monthly payments we can afford. The dealership, the same salesperson Carolina, reached out a few days later saying they got something in that I quote ‘was definitely in our price range’ and to come down to discuss. My husband tried to confirm, as he didn’t want to waste another 3 hours driving and sitting to be told we still can’t afford the vehicle, and was told ‘they have to run the numbers’ but it should work. Ok they had all of our info already from the previous visit and he once again confirmed what we can afford. So he goes down with little expectations and low and behold it’s still almost triple the amount we said we can afford. So the problem here isn’t that the payments are so high- that’s a whole different issue. The problem is THEY contacted US to come back and wasted our time once again. I don’t even have words for how ignorant that is. You have all of the financial information and KNOW we cant afford the payments, yet still go out of the way to waste everyone’s time and energy. I know how dealerships work. They get you in the door and try to get you to spend more- but when you’ve already been in the door and walked away because you get get blood from a stone , then that’s a problem to string people along again. Do better. ”

“ I had a very disappointing experience at Kia of Cherry Hill during what should have been a routine maintenance visit. I want to acknowledge that my service advisor, Andrew, was friendly and courteous throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, nearly every other aspect of the experience fell well below expectations. First, I was told there was a complimentary shuttle, but it was never available. I waited in the showroom for over an hour hoping to take the shuttle to grab lunch, yet no one provided any updates about its status or an estimated wait time. Better communication alone would have made a significant difference. Second, I needed to speak with a sales manager about a discrepancy between my vehicle's registration month and the lease termination month. Despite asking multiple employees—and even submitting my request in writing to the customer service representative—I had to wait over an hour before anyone from sales spoke with me. When they finally did, the interaction was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than inviting me into an office or even offering a place to sit, the conversation took place while standing in a narrow hallway, which conveyed little interest in addressing my concerns or providing meaningful customer service. Finally, I was surprised to learn that routine tire rotations are not covered, despite being recommended annually in Kia's maintenance schedule. For a dealership servicing leased vehicles, I would expect routine maintenance recommendations from the manufacturer to be supported more comprehensively, or at the very least explained clearly in advance. Overall, this visit reflected poor communication, long and unnecessary wait times, and a disappointing lack of customer service from the sales team. While I appreciated Andrew's professionalism, it was not enough to offset an otherwise frustrating experience. I hope Kia of Cherry Hill takes these concerns seriously and improves both its communication and its commitment to customer care. ”

“ I bought my car for an oil change and a recall. After I picked up my car every time I would try to drive it would start jerking. I thought the car was just cold. So I called and told them that this has never happened before and that it did not happen until they did the oil change. I asked them could they somehow have gotten water in my oil. When I took my car back they wanted to charge and said well if we find it’s our fault we won’t charge you. My husband was a Master tech for many years and I knew that they would Never tell the truth of it being their fault. They would make up something like a sensor or something and then charge me a bunch of money to get it fixed. I will NEVER EVER bring my car back to Cherry Hill Kia. Now I have to drive far to get another oil change so that this doesn’t mess up my engine ”
