“ Just call them the buy before you try guys. We went in this ratchet looking Kia Dealer today, because its the closest to us, and we were looking to test drive the new Sportage. We're looking to buy pretty soon because our second car was recently totaled. We had come in right after test driving a Genesis Gv70, so this Sportage was really the only other car on our lists of considerations because the features seemed really great. Anyway we get there, its a bit busy, but we get brought to a desk right away and wait for the manager. He's still working with someone else, we wait, no big deal. About 15 minutes later he comes to us and we ask if we can check out the car. He hesitates a bit and then goes into a whole thing about how it's the end of the year and he wants his people to focus on selling, selling, selling. Not test driving unless we really know we want to buy the car. So basically he didn't have time for us unless we were 100% sure we wanted the car before test driving it. He didn't even offer to show us the car without the test drive. He (told us) that we probably checking out other cars and doing our homework and that's a good thing and we should come back Saturday after new year. Well we wont be coming back that's for sure. We moved on to the next closest Kia dealer in Burlington and got actual service. ”

“ My husband had a horrible experience here. Was asked to leave a deposit of 1k for them to get a car. Was told that they had to “go to war for the car.” My husband found out insurance was going to be late getting him settlement for totaled truck after accident so he called them three hours after paying deposit. They first said they couldn’t refund because the car was already there on lot (must have been a fast war—which by the way, they only called Turnersville and traded something). My husband called back multiple times and they finally said they would refund his money (only because he told them there was no where on paperwork that said it was non refundable), Now we are at almost two weeks later and they still haven’t refunded the money. He called today and they said he had to come in. We live an hour away. You don’t have to come to a business to get a refund on debit card. This dealership is shifty, and unethical, and I would not purchase a car here for any reason. We are now having to get an attorney involved to get his refund. ”

The manager was extremely rude and told me he was too busy to help me and that I had to come in to process the refund, which isn’t true. I called back on Monday, and a different manager told me she’d process the refund. I hadn’t received the refund, so I called again on Friday—a week later. I was told they had to issue me a check—for the first time—and that I had to come in. These people are scam artists and liars. Stay away ”
