“ Andrew did an outstanding job. My radio had stopped working, which meant that the whole panel was dead, no clock, no bluetooth, date, time etc etc. Andrew explained the things they would be checking for. I had to go to work, but Andrew called me within the hour to say that it was not possible to repair the radio, but they would replace it with a new radio, and there would be no charge since i have not had the car very long, and it would be covered by the warranty. He explained they would have to order the radio, and we set up a date for a few days later. Andrew called me the day before to assure me that the new radio had arrived and I could drop off my car as planned. I waited in the waiting area this time, which was comfortable, with excellent coffee, reading materials (and free donuts!). Andrew estimated it would take about 90 minutes to do the work, but in fact it was ready in just over the hour. i was impressed with everybody at the dealership. Somebody met me outside as I drove up, took my key, and took the car in, and all I had to do was step inside to the desk to register. Afterwards the same person who greeted me took me to my car which was right outside the door waiting for me. Excellent service from everybody. I had not taken the car there before, as I had obtained it from a different dealer, but now that I am living permanently in Cherry Hill, i will certainly return to Cherry Hill Kia for service, and for my next car. ”
